1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the fb ajee website (fbajee-taka.com) or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read them in full before using the platform.

Fb ajee is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, lottery, and other gaming services. Our platform is intended for personal and recreational use only.

Fb ajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Use

To use fb ajee's services, you must have a valid registered account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. fb ajee reserves the right to close any account created with false or misleading information and forfeit any funds held in that account.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual (via the same device, IP address, or identity), all accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact fb ajee support immediately.
• Your registered name cannot be changed – please create your account using the name on your ID.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must remain active.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Fb ajee's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. If anyone under 18 opens an account or places a bet, fb ajee will immediately close the account and void all related transactions.

Fb ajee may request a copy of your ID, passport, or national identity card at any time to verify your age. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Fb ajee accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the maximum single deposit is ৳5,00,000.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Once verification is complete, withdrawals are usually processed within 2–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Fb ajee is not liable for failed deposits. If a delay occurs due to a payment gateway issue, please contact our support team. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

5 Betting Rules

Make sure you understand the rules for each market before placing a bet on fb ajee. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled – partial cash out is only available under specific conditions when the fb ajee Cash Out feature is active.

• Minimum single bet: ৳20.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Multiple bets can be combined into an accumulator bet.
• If one leg of an accumulator is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled as usual.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fb ajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the offer page. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and is available once per person.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses can only be used on your own account and are non-transferable.
• Fb ajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account will be closed.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

7 Fair Use Policy

Fb ajee is committed to ensuring a fair and equal environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match across two or more accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If suspicious activity is detected, fb ajee will conduct an immediate investigation and may suspend or close the account if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting fb ajee support. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Any remaining funds will be returned, but bonus funds are non-refundable.

Fb ajee may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Discrepancies in KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• When a self-exclusion request has been activated by the user.

9 Limitation of Liability

Fb ajee strives to provide the safest and most reliable service possible, but is not liable for the following:

• Transaction failures due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from disclosure of a user's account information.
• Bet outcomes affected by unexpected technical errors.

Fb ajee's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the actual funds held in the user's account. fb ajee is not directly liable for any losses resulting from betting activity.
